At our summer workshops, each Tuesday evening, starting at 7 PM, the host is asked to set up a table and some chairs in their garden and supply light treats. Members are asked to bring lawn chairs, tools, and trees to work on. The workshop usually lasts until dusk. 

If it rains the meeting can be cancelled or held in a garage as the host wishes. Members are asked to phone the host before each workshop to get directions or check for cancellations. If the workshop is cancelled , there will be an email to all by 4 PM that day. 

Copies of this form with the host's name and phone number will be published by email and a hard copy given to members at the first summer workshop. If a member wants a specific topic addressed please talk to Jim. The executive will do its best to cover any special requests.
